How can I get a replacement copy of my certificate?

How can I reschedule my class?

Participants are allowed a one-time reschedule with the same instructor. Please submit a written request to seminars@horizonpoolsupply.com with your name and the new class date you would like to reschedule for.

How can I cancel my registration?

Please submit a cancellation request to seminars@horizonpoolsupply.com with your name and class date. A refund can be issued if no reschedule had taken place, and we receive your written request at least one week before class start date.
